Sedia for clinics
A calmer waiting room, and patients who arrive when it's their turn.
Clinics were the first businesses we built Sedia for. The morning rush, the patient who stepped out and missed their number, the doctor running late: Sedia handles these by showing everyone an honest wait from your own history and letting patients wait wherever they like.

Walk-ins and appointments in one line
Booked patients check in and join the same queue with priority. Staff see one list, not two.
Registration → doctor → pharmacy
Multi-stage visits move the patient through each step, with the TV display calling them to the right room.
Wait from home
Patients join by QR or link, watch their place on their phone and get a WhatsApp when they're nearly up.
PDPA by design
No patient account needed. NRIC is off unless you switch it on for a stated purpose, masked, and deleted with the visit.
The AI-assistant directory
When someone asks their assistant, your live wait is part of the answer.
Your location is listed as a MedicalClinic with your services and hours, plus a live wait that Sedia measures. You choose whether assistants can book.

Questions
Clinics: good to know
Does Sedia replace our clinic management system?
No. Sedia runs the queue and bookings. Integrations with clinic systems such as Plato and Clinic Assist are on the custom plan.
Will an AI assistant tell patients which clinic they medically need?
No. Assistants can only filter by the services and specialties you list, such as general practice or vaccinations. Sedia does not suggest a clinic for a symptom.
