Extra visits
S$0.03 per visit, in blocks of 2,000 (S$60). Blocks go on your next invoice and last 12 months. Auto top-up is on by default with a monthly limit you set. Customers already in the queue are always served.
WhatsApp & SMS credits
1,000 credits for S$50. A WhatsApp message in Singapore uses 1 credit, an SMS 2. Web push and email are free on every plan.
What's a visit?
One person served: a walk-in ticket, or a booking that checks in. Bookings made by AI assistants count the same, with no surcharge.
