Do my customers need to download an app?+
No. They scan a QR code or open a link. There's no account to create.
How do AI assistants find my business?+
Every Sedia location has a standard business profile and a live wait. Assistants connected to Sedia, such as ChatGPT and Claude, can search it and join the queue for the customer. Customers do need to add Sedia to their assistant first.
Can I stop AI assistants from booking?+
Yes. Switch assistant bookings off and customers are pointed to your page instead. On paid plans you can also leave the directory entirely.
What does it cost?+
There's a free plan for up to 300 visits a month. Paid plans start at S$39 per location per month. WhatsApp and SMS are prepaid credits. All prices are on the pricing page.
